You show us what you want to develop - we draw up a plan and a development team based on your goals. We take responsibility for the full process, and you decide for yourself how much you want to be involved
• Specialist for your team-: For those who are looking for top talent with cutting-edge skills. You tell us about your development challenge and needs and we match you with the right IT-specialist. We give you the opportunity to bring in top talent for both shorter and longer assignments, according to your requirements
• Needs analysis-: What do you need help with? How do we set it up for you and your teams? To answer those questions, we start by meeting. Then we do a joint workshop, where we explore your needs and how we can adress them together.
• Solution proposal-: After our workshop, we present a solution that describes proposals for structure, competence, process, scope and technology. We can also produce a wireframe with design suggestions. We discuss and adjust this together with you.
• Start-up-: When we've agreed on what needs to be done, we set up the necessary tools and plan. We like to work with Jira, and we set everything up so that it is easy for you to have insight. We appoint the competency and the team necessary for the mission.
• Development-: Our method is based on Scrum. It covers development, code testing, code review, commits, deliverables and demos. We know that not everyones needs are the same, we can adapt to and incorporate your processes as requested.
• Follow-up-: In true Scrum spirit, we continuously evaluate and improve the work process and the project. After each iteration, we review what we did well, what could have gone better and what improvements we need moving forward - continuously.
